Secure Capital Microfinance Limited (SCMFL) is a Kumasi based limited liability company registered under the Ghana Companies Code 1963, (Act 179), with Registration Number CS104832012. It was incorporated on the 7th November, 2012. Secure Capital was granted Certificate to Commence Business on the 14th November, 2012 and was fully licensed as a deposit taking Microfinance institution by BoG on 1st June, 2015 with the registration number 000452.

Company Location and facilities Secure Capital’s registered office is on the second floor of Alpha House, Adum, Kumasi. In the same building with Topman Company Limited (Topman Shoes) and Topman Farms Company Ltd. Secure Capital boasts of ultra-modern office facilities with spacious banking halls, well designed to provide comfort to our customers and staff. Secure Capital has installed good quality and reliable power generators that are available for use in the event of power failure at its locations.

Executive Competency Based Certificate in Microfinance - Institute of Microfinance studies, Winneba. Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, Religions and Philosophy, University of Ghana, Legon Work Experience: BPI Bank, Credit Officer. Beige Capital: Credit Analyst, Branch Manager. Global Access Savings and Loans: Credit, Risk and Compliance Manager. GN Bank: Branch Manager and Regional Head of credit. ABii National Savings and Loans, Branch Manager. GA Rural Bank, Head of Microfinance.

Andrew Gyamfi

Director

Andrew Gyamfi is a professional banker, where he has accumulated significant experience, since joining Secure Capital Microfinance in 2014. His dedication to continuous learning is evident from the numerous banking seminars and training programs he has attended, which have equipped him with the expertise necessary for his roles in the industry In addition to his banking experience, Andrew is a Director at Topman Group of Companies.

Branch Manager/Accountant

Job Tawiah, brings a wealth of skills and experience to the leadership role at Secure Capital. With over 12 years of experience in the banking and Fintech industry, I have developed a strong background in areas of Information Technology, Operations,Financial Accounting and Reporting. I hold MBA (Operations), B. Tech in Accounting with Computing, HND in Accounting and Finance, super Professional (SP) Certificate in CRM software Management ( Pipeliner,Level 1,2,3,4), Certificate in Accounting Software( Tally ERP.9, Sage 50(Canadian version) and Zigloi Banking Software.)
